Can I transfer my virtual entry to someone else?

No, we are not able to grant requests to transfer your virtual event to someone else. Transfers are typically a result of a participant not being able to attend an event in person, so given that this is a virtual event, our position is that transfers will not to be granted.

Do I need to complete my run by a specific date?

Yes, all virtual participants to complete their run distances by July 5, 2021.

Is there a requirement on how I complete my run?

You can complete your distance by running or walking on roads, trails, tracks or treadmills.

How do I submit my race results and race photos?

Submit your race results through this RunSignup Page. In order to do so, RunSignup will ask you to enter the email address you used when you signed up for the race.

To submit your race photos and interact with other runners, please do so inside of this Virtual Hospital Hill Run Facebook Group.

Is there a requirement on how I complete my run?

No, as a registered participant you will automatically receive your 2021 Hospital Hill Run swag.

When and how will I receive my swag?

Items will be shipped after the conclusion of the in-person event on June 5, 2021. There will also be a $8.00 shipping charge for all virtual participants.

How do I change my shipping address for my SWAG?

You can log into your RunSignup account  here and change your address under “Manage Registration.”   You can also email support@hospitalhillrun.com with your new address and we will make that change in RunSignup if you cannot. PLEASE communicate and/or change any address corrections by May 1, 2021.
